Belgian animal welfare rules set minimum enclosure dimensions for keeping dogs in establishments that require recognition, scaled to the size and number of animals. A kennel below that minimum cannot lawfully be used in such an establishment, however well it is built, so quoting without asking would risk selling you something you cannot use.

For a private owner's single dog we will discuss what fits, within what is humane. For a licensed breeder, boarding business or shelter, no: if the stated use is an establishment requiring recognition and the dimensions would fall below the applicable minimum, we decline the order. Taking the money and leaving you with an unusable pen is not a saving.

No. We are a metal fabricator. Boarding, breeding, sheltering and selling animals all require a separate recognition from the regional authority, which we do not hold and do not claim. If you are looking for boarding or a breeder, we are the wrong company and we would rather say so immediately.

No, and a company claiming otherwise is being loose with the term. Load-bearing structural steel components fall under a harmonised standard requiring certified factory production control, an execution class, welding coordination and a declaration of performance, and those are CE marked. Non-structural items are not covered by that requirement. We tell you which category your item falls into.

It depends on the exposure, and the honest answer is that cleaning regime matters more than weather. Disinfectants and urine attack coatings that handle rain perfectly well. Tell us what you will wash it down with and how often, and we will specify accordingly — and we will tell you what we cannot warrant if a cheaper coating is chosen against advice.

Possibly, for a permanent structure, and it is yours to obtain. We will tell you when we think something needs it, and we do not install a permanent structure before it is granted. Fitting first and leaving the permission question with you is how people end up removing something they have just paid for.
